Regardless of your background or experience, if you’re selected to be a Discover Strength franchise owner, we’ll provide the training, tools, and information you need to open your exercise franchise and operate it effectively.

You and your team will attend and experience Discover Strength training and ongoing education as a franchise owner. Discover Strength will provide a pre-opening training program for franchisees at their corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. The maximum duration of this course will be ten days and Discover Strength will reserve the right to require up to three individuals to attend (for example, the franchise owner, general manager and one other individual). In conjunction with the franchisee commencing business operations, representatives will spend a minimum of two days and up to five days assisting the franchisee and their staff on-site at the franchisee’s location (likely one day prior to opening and one day after opening). All exercise franchise owners will have access to the Discover Strength proprietary confidential operations manual which will provide you detailed guidance for your day to day business activities.

The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $322,000 – $502,000 for a single location. The initial franchise fee is $49,000. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
